The curl, that classic movement in which, through a straight bar, Zeta, “V”, attached to a pulley or using a mancuerna, we work the showy muscle biceps, whose peak or shape bulging both calls to all the attention. Because in that elbow flexion exercise, whose range of travel goes from the position of arms stretched to the front (or sides if we work with dumbbells) to the arms slightly above the parallel to the floor, there is a complete contraction of that eye-catching muscle that people always want to see.
Do not forget that the biceps is an important auxiliary element for exercises as functional as those dominated (not to say if they are made using a grip supine), climbing or various modalities of the fight.
