It can be one of the questions that most haunt the minds of people who want to improve their appearance by training in the gym, and as almost always the answers can not be expected.
Everything depends on an important previous question. The fact that to improve it is necessary to take into account a concatenation of facts. For the body to improve you need 3 things:
- Stimulation (Training)
- Nutrients (Meals)
- Time (Rest)
That is, it is a process that has a chain of events. First a training that is the stimulus that makes your body change. The nutrients then provide energy and raw material. And of course time for adaptations in the body to occur. Everything is positive and productive. Eliminate or lessen some of these factors and everything will go much worse.
