- PLAN YOUR MEALS: During the holidays we may have left aside the good eating habits and now it is necessary to return to the programming of the meals. Design your menus, avoiding fried foods and processed products. Re-introduce the vegetables in the food and at dinner, consuming a minimum of five pieces of fruit or vegetables per day.
- MAKE SURE A GOOD REST: Between 7-8 hours a day.
