BADER: Yes I have a coach and his name is Etienne Hayman
M&H: Role models when you started working out? BADER: Ronnie Coleman.
M&H: Can you tell us how you train?
BADER: I train 6 times a week, a body part each day, for about 40 mins each workout.
M&H: How long have you been competing?
BADER: 7 years.
M&H: Highlight of your career so far?
BADER: Winning the gold medal at the 2019 European Championships.
M&H: Biggest disappointment of your career?
BADER: Don’t have any.
M&H: Best body part? BADER: Back and legs.
M&H: Worst bodypart? BADER: Don’t have any.
M&H: Favorite exercise? BADER: Squats.
M&H: Least favorite exercise?
BADER: I love all of them.
M&H: Favorite movie? BADER: Pumping Iron.
M&H: Favorite food when you are not on a diet?
BADER: Pizza.
M&H: Favorite diet food? BADER: Rice and chicken.
M&H: What you like most about bodybuilding? BADER: Competing and seeing my physique to top condition.
M&H: What do you dislike most about bodybuilding?
BADER: When I am on a diet for a show, some people don’t show respect and seeing people on their mobile phone while I’m waiting to use the machine they are using.
M&H: Long term bodybuilding ambition?
BADER: To turn PRO.
M&H: How far out do you start your diet for a show?
BADER: 6 months.
