M&H: What doest it mean to you being a PRO! Fernanda: When I won
in the South American, senior and master. I had the opportunity to become a pro.
This was such a distant dream, I never allowed myself to have dreamed. A real honor, crowning achievement of an athlete!
That’s what I love about bodybuilding! Over the years we got better and better. More aware, more conditioned, more experienced.
BEST, like a wine, as it should be in everything
in life, be respected by
the younger ones as more specialized in work! so, with the support of my MOM trainer (Julia), I accepted the challenge!
M&H: Tell us about your family and how you can manage it with sport activities?
Fernanda: I’ve been married for 21 years, and I have a 13-year-old daughter, a princess.
My preparation has to be done in parallel, without getting in the way, with the house activities and so on.
because my husband and bao daughter are athletes, they don’t live on a diet, they don’t need to have the obligations and restrictions that I have. but the love for the sport gives me strength! I know I can!
M&H: Tell us about your diet and preparation?
Fernanda: My diet is made by
my preparafor , although i am a nutritionist. we always alternate between periods of mass gain
with lots of carbohydrates in a diet that reaches more than 2500kcal and cutting diets that gradually reduce carbs until you run out of carbohydrates. In this phase I reach a diet of 800kcal. I don’t miss almost anything, because most of the time
I eat a lot! rice, potato, cassava, but a curiosity of my preparation, and what do I do HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX POST TRAINING. and that means that EVERY DAY, after training I eat CANDY.
M&H: What did this sport teach you?
Fernanda: Sport taught me not
to drink! to take care of me Today passonisao for my daughter! who is a ballerina and a polidancer. my free time is all for them! because without the family nothing makes sense! we like the beach, cinema, popcorn, pizza! to play games at home! we are not partying on the street!!! because I always wake up early to train!
