FOOD OF THE MONTH: BANANA

It tastes good, it’s easy to find anywhere in the world in any food store, no matter how small or basic its stock, and its price is affordable. You’ll seldom find someone who says no to a banana. One of these wonderful medium-sized fruits will usually contain between 75 and 100 calories, which is a suitable amount of calories for a snack, especially if it’s a healthy snack, which is the kind that fitness and bodybuilding practitioners will prefer. Keep in mind that it’s a highly energetic fruit, meaning you can burn the calories you just ingested in your training session later in the evening. Don’t forget to take one with you everywhere: it takes up little space, it’s very tasty and you can eat it stain-free anywhere and anytime.

6 ADVANTAGES OF THIS FRUIT

  1. It’s easily digestible
  2. High fiber content
  3. Full of nutrients
  4. Helps prevent heart disease
  5. Regulates blood pressure
  6. Source of potassium
