The return to normal life and good weather, after winter and quarantine, brings with it the need to socialize, enjoying a drink and lunch, or supper with friends. However, we must keep an eye on these social gatherings, and make sure that going out too much doesn’t come in the way of our efforts in the gym. It’s springtime in most of Europe, and in many parts of the rest of the world, they still have fairly good weather, thereby turning a fit-looking beach body into one of our objectives. Therefore, I offer you five golden rules to watch your weight even when you eat out.
- Have a little snack before you leave home
- The difference between lunch and tupper
- Drink plenty
- Watch your dessert
