FLOW is the feeling we get when we’re enjoying what we do, how we do it and the indifference we feel towards how long it takes us to achieve it, as we lose track of time due to being immersed in permanent and absolute concentration.
What leads us to physical and mental well-being in the fields of sports, family, and work is most likely to be a positive attitude, motivation for our purpose, a positive integration of ourselves in the marked process, and success and flow will come with all this.
We are going to give you nine keys to learn to flow through consciousness and thus learn to focus on your sports life beyond simple training.
1 Point in the direction of what you want:
set your goal. When you set a goal, the environment provides you with information and the way forward.
2You must awaken your attitude:
you must understand that you must stay aware and awake with what surrounds you, so you can perceive whether or not you’re achieving the goal that will make you flow.
3You must learn to see, not just look:
being awake and aware implies not only looking at what’s happening as a mere spectator,
but learning to see the meaning it can convey to you.
